CARDIONCOLOGY.ORG ABSTRACT:
This study was conducted to clarify whether or not enalapril can be used as a preventative treatment of troponin elevation in cancer patients.
Results from 273 female cancer patients suggest that though enalapril was associated with a benefit in the prevention of LV dysfunction, a troponin- triggered strategy may be more convenient.
